Return & Exchange Policy

Local Customers

Our company takes extra care to check the quality of products and also the correct type of products requested before dispatch. In rare circumstances when customers have the intention to return or exchange the products supplied, the conditions for return or exchange must be met.


Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. Products must be unused, in its original condition, and original packaging.

2. Notify us of the intention and state reasons for return or exchange within 3 days of receipt of products.

3. Bring the products together with the original invoice to our shop within 7 days of receipt of products for inspection.

4. Approval or Rejection for return or exchange will be confirmed after inspection of physical products. In the event of disputes, the decision of our company shall be final and conclusive.

5. For the exchange of products, the exchange must be for another product of the same or higher value.

2. Perishable goods

3. Goods not supplied by us


Refund Procedure

1. Refund will be made to the payment mode the customer selected during purchase. E.g. PayNow / PayPal / Credit Card

2. Refund is only applicable if our company agrees that the exchange of product is not possible (e.g. item out of stock)

3. Refund is inapplicable if the reason is a change of mind by customers after payment made for purchase. Customers, however, can request for exchange for another product of the same or higher value. If a lower value product is chosen, there will be no refund of the amount differences.


Overseas Customers

1. Due to different logistics and costs involved, returns and exchanges by overseas customers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
