• Dosage
  

  Pour 2-3 drops medicated oil to the affected area. Apply pressure with the thumb or palm on the area and rub slowly for 15 minutes (then covered with hot towel on the top, more effective) this will help to enhance blood circulation. Three times daily, Repeat if necessary. Shake before use
