To consume:
Peel off the outer layer of the seed. Chew the seeds before swallowing. You may then drink 300cc of water. Upon drinking water, you will taste a sweet after taste that lingers in your mouth.
Directions:
Consume 1-3 times daily, each time consume 2-4 seeds.
*Note:
Not advisable for pregnant women and children below 6 months of age.
