Description

A little nourishment a day is better than a one-time supplement.  Highlanders Instant Herbal Oatmeal is prepared from a variety of herbs, specially researched according to TCM nutrition principles to create a blend that is nutritious, colourful, aromatic and tasteful.  It is presented in the form of an instant cereal so as to fit into the modern rhythm of life.  It is high in fibre, suitable for weight control programmes, for all ages, young and old.

Ingredients :

Instant oats, brown rice, green beans, glutinous rice, barley, sago, wolfberry, chinese yam, foxnut.  Sugar is packed separately.

Directions : Add 300ml of hot water to 1 packet of Instant Herbal Cereal.  Stir.  Let it steep for 5-10 mins before eating.
