Description

Perilla oil is obtained by pressing on perilla seeds.  It is a very rich source of the alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).  It is found that dietary intake of 1 to 3 g of ALA per day decreased the risk of heart disease.  ALA helps to relieve symptoms that occur in autoimmune and inflammatory disease.  It improves the elasticity of blood vessels and prevents the blood clotting.  And it is also recommended for the treatment of depression and ADHD.
