Return & Exchange Policy

Local Customers

Our company takes extra care to check the quality of products and also the correct type of products requested before dispatch. In rare circumstances when customers have the intention to return or exchange the products supplied, the conditions for return or exchange must be met.


Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. Products must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

2. Notify us the intention and state reasons for return or exchange within 3 days of receipt of products.

3. Bring the products together with the original invoice to our shop within 7 days of receipt of products for inspection.

4. Approval or Rejection for return or exchange will be confirmed after inspection of physical products. In the event of disputes, the decision of our company shall be final and conclusive.

5. For exchange of products, the exchange must be for another product of same or higher value.

2. Perishable goods

3. Goods not supplied by us


Refund Procedure

1.  A Cheque will be issued for approved refund.


Overseas Customers

1. Due to different logistics and costs involved, returns and exchange by overseas customers will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
